Nissan Zambia Invested More Than USD 34 Million And Aims At 20% Market Share

Carmaker Nissan Zambia invested more than USD 34 million since its establishment 10 months ago in Zambia to increase the production of low sulphur diesel to accommodate new motor vehicle models in the country.

According to the Principal dealer Mr. George Robert’s interview to local media in Lusaka the company has invested around USD 34 million on infrastructure and the cost of vehicles plus other facilities and is planning to invest even more to increase the number of vehicle selling points in the country.

The company intends to capture 20 % of the country’s market in the next three years from the current 7 %.
